Metalogica Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To be accepted and continue to work, Publishers must meet the following guidelines:

• Publishers must not contain or link to malware, adult, or illegal content.
• Publishers must not be associated with spam.
• Publishers must not be associated with incentive-based programs or paid-to operations.
• Publishers must not contain excessive advertising.

Metalogica reserves the right to suspend an account immediately and withhold payment from any publisher found to be sending invalid or fraudulent traffic.

2. Fraudulent Activity

Metalogica may permanently suspend and withhold payment from any publisher involved in fraudulent activity.

3. Privacy

Metalogica will not share any personal or commercial information of a Publisher with any third party unless a legal obligation exists.

4. Payments

Until payment is issued, earnings may be subject to audit and adjustment based on invalid clicks or fraudulent activity. Payments are made monthly via bank wire, Payoneer, PayPal, or TransferWise.

5. Warranties

Metalogica is not responsible for third-party content and makes no express or implied warranty. Publishers agree to indemnify Metalogica against claims arising from their content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neither Metalogica nor its customers can be held liable for failures in advertisement delivery due to external factors such as server problems, acts of God, or terrorism.

7. Damages

Metalogica is not liable for any loss of use, profits, or data.

8. Referral Program

Metalogica reserves the right to terminate participation in the referral program if fraud or abuse is detected, with no obligation to pay commissions.
